Same song. Same song. Every time I bleach my hair, I go through the same process of how to get those awful brassy-orange tones out of my hair. I have been experimenting with this for some time and I wanted to share a method that worked!

Both are purple in color; the Dessange is more blue-purple while the shampoo is a lighter purple, similar to the shade of the bottle. The Dessange smells a little bit chemically to me, but the L’oreal shampoo is much more pleasant. In this particular case, I blow dried my hair after conditioning because I wanted to see instant results; normally I’d just let it air dry to decrease the damage done to the hair.

notit’s done.changed and started to shed badly about two weeks after I got it this blonde. A plus is that after I replaced it, I started experimenting with Olaplex and I think it makes a difference! To close, I was really surprised this toner lifted the color so much! The process is quite time-consuming, especially if you are going to be using it on your natural hair. It’s definitely worth it, though, and I would buy the Dessange Color Correcting Creme again! I used it three or four times and still have a bit left in the tube.
